Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are typically issued under the following circumstances:
- The item received is significantly different from the description provided in the listing.
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The seller fails to deliver the item within the agreed-upon time frame.
- Other extenuating circumstances as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact the Seller: Communicate directly with the seller through our in-app messaging system to resolve the issue.
Submit a Refund Request: If the issue cannot be resolved with the seller, submit a refund request through the app within 14 days of receiving the item. Include all relevant details and supporting evidence, such as photos of the item and a description of the issue.
Review Process: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. We aim to resolve refund requests within 7 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are generally accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is not as described in the listing.
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The buyer changes their mind within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging (if applicable).
Return Process

Submit a Return Request: If the issue cannot be resolved with the seller, submit a return request through the app within 7 days of receiving the item. Include all relevant details and supporting evidence, such as photos of the item and a description of the issue.
Return Authorization: If the return is authorized, follow the instructions provided by our support team to return the item to the seller.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to the seller’s error (e.g., wrong item sent, item not as described).
Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned item, the seller will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the item is in acceptable condition, the seller will process the refund. If the item is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, the return request may be denied.
Exceptions
The following items are typically not eligible for returns or refunds:
Perishable goods (e.g., livestock that is time-sensitive or cannot be returned).
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
Custom or personalized items that were made to the buyer’s specifications.
